Terms and Conditions – Rumislot Pakistan Gaming Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the specific meanings defined below. Where a term is capitalised in the document, it refers to the definition provided here.

To access Rumislot's full range of games, betting markets and payment services, you must register a personal account. Account registration is free and takes approximately two minutes using a valid Pakistani mobile number.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering with Rumislot, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. The details you submit at registration must reflect your true identity. Providing false information — including a name that is not your own, a date of birth that misrepresents your age, or a mobile number that belongs to another person — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active account on Rumislot. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Rumislot employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances may be cancelled without notice.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rumislot login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Rumislot will never contact you to ask for your password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact Rumislot support immediately at support@rumislot.im and change your password without delay.

The Rumislot platform is strictly available to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers or claim any bonus offers. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of their location within Pakistan.

3.1 Age Checks

Rumislot uses date-of-birth data provided at registration and may cross-reference this against national identity documentation when processing verification requests. If Rumislot has reason to believe a Player is under 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period when the Player was under 18 will not be paid out and will be voided.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

Rumislot is designed and operated for Pakistani players. Players must be physically located in Pakistan when placing wagers. The platform may restrict access from certain IP addresses or geographic locations where offering gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN or proxy services is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All financial transactions on Rumislot are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. Rumislot does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Processing fees, if any, applied by the payment provider are outside Rumislot's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Rumislot currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The payment method used for a withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless Rumislot's support team has approved an alternative in writing.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on Rumislot is Rs 300. There is no daily maximum deposit limit imposed by Rumislot, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players may set personal deposit limits from their account settings as part of Rumislot's responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within thirty minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing hours may be delayed to the following processing window. VIP account holders receive priority processing on all withdrawals.

Rumislot offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms described in the individual promotion and the general conditions set out in this section. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Rumislot account are not immediately withdrawable as cash. They must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonus funds is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering requirement progress is tracked in your account balance overview.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds expire after 30 days from the date they are credited to your account. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be removed from your account automatically. Extensions to bonus expiry are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at Rumislot's sole discretion.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The Rumislot welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to qualifying accounts. A player qualifies for the welcome bonus only once. Accounts found to be using multiple registrations to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

5.4 Referral Programme

Under the Rumislot referral programme, existing players can refer new players using a unique referral link. When a referred player completes their first qualifying deposit, the referring player receives a referral reward credited to their Rumislot account. Referral rewards are subject to wagering requirements. Self-referrals — creating additional accounts under different identities to claim referral rewards — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

All bets placed on Rumislot are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as well as the general rules set out in this section. By placing a wager on Rumislot, you confirm that you understand the relevant game or market rules.

6.1 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket matches. Rumislot will use official results to settle bets as soon as possible after an event concludes. In the event of a dispute between an official result and a third-party data provider's result, the official governing body's result is final.

6.2 Voided Bets

Rumislot reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after an event started due to a technical error; odds were incorrectly displayed due to a data feed error; the event was abandoned or cancelled; there is clear evidence of match manipulation or fraudulent activity affecting the event outcome. Voided bets have the stake returned to the Player's balance in full.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in the betting interface for each market before a bet is placed. Rumislot may adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts where patterns of betting activity suggest abuse of promotions or other irregular conduct.

Rumislot is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way of managing personal problems. The following tools are available to every registered Rumislot player at all times from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately. Changes to higher limits take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers — set a notification alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — receive regular pop-up reminders of how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period the account cannot be reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude your account from the platform. Rumislot will honour self-exclusion requests and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded accounts.

Rumislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is evidence of — or reasonable grounds to suspect — a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Specific grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to abuse bonuses, referral systems or promotional offers
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward Rumislot staff
• Being found to be under the age of 18

When an account is suspended, Rumislot will notify the Player by email or the mobile number on record. If the suspension is found to be in error following investigation, the account will be reinstated and any affected transactions reviewed. Where the suspension is confirmed, funds from real-money deposits that have not been used for bonus abuse may be returned at Rumislot's discretion.

All content on the Rumislot platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data and software — is the exclusive property of Rumislot or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit any Rumislot content without express prior written permission.

Your permission to access and use Rumislot is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

Rumislot provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform is reliable and accessible, Rumislot cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for technical failures beyond its control, including internet outages, device failures or third-party service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rumislot's total liability to any Player for losses arising from use of the platform — including lost winnings, lost data or consequential loss — is limited to the amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Rumislot collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with Rumislot, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Rumislot uses the personal data you provide for account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. Rumislot does not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Rumislot reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Rumislot will notify registered Players via the mobile number or email address on their account, or via a notice on the platform homepage, at least seven days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms and Conditions, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance before the changes come into force. Continued use of the Rumislot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
